Senior Adult & Care Pastor

Part-Time (20 - 30hours)
Sunday + Weekdays to be established

• Individual must believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and be an active member of an evangelical church.
• Individual must agree to the Baptist Faith and Message and actively support the church vision and mission.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Shepherd’s Heart: Genuine compassion for people and desire to see them cared for and spiritually nurtured.
• Provide spiritual leadership, and overall discipleship opportunities for senior adults.
• Oversee the planning and direction of the senior adult ministry events, Bible studies, and outings that encourage fellowship, growth, and mission engagement.
• Coordinate weekly schedule for faith family care visits, calls, and cards
• Maintain a system for tracking care needs and follow-up, ensuring consistent communication and ministry coverage.
• Collaborate with pastoral and administrative staff to identify and respond to care needs promptly.
